I am Sarah Michaels and I am an interior decorator in Sacramento, CA. I believe that beautiful spaces make life more enjoyable. (Plus, they are super fun to create!) A home should feel welcoming and comfortable and be an expression of the people who live in it. I'm not a design snob. I don't think you need to have the most expensive pieces to make a home shine. In this day and age of flash sites and diy gumption it is possible to capture any mood for a home at a fraction of the price. I want to work with you to create your ideal space.
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and then worked in marketing in Marin, San Francisco, and Sacramento. I'm married to the man of my dreams and am mom to two awesome kids. I have long enjoyed decorating my own home and ogling the beautiful homes of others. After doing projects for family and friends I decided to launch my own business. I hope we can work together.
